***GIVEAWAY CLOSED***
While I am on a cleaning kick I am going to jump right in to my next review for another great Affresh product! My discovery of Affresh has been a good one...I love a clean kitchen and find myself making sure it is completely cleaned up before I go to bed at night! I think it is just the way I wrap my day up...my house is clean so I can go to bed now. LOL! My sweet hubby loves to cook and usually when he is done cooking, my kitchen needs ALOT of TLC. He means well, and is a great cook but just hasn't gotten the hang of cleaning up yet. :) Even when I first met him, he would only do dishes when he ran out of clean ones in the cupboard! Typical bachelor...I felt bad for him. :) Seriously though...he is a great cook and makes the BEST home made macaroni and cheese you will ever taste!

Affresh has recently developed a wonderful Kitchen and Appliance Cleaner that is specially formulated for kitchen surfaces...including stainless steel, non-porous surfaces, counter tops and even microwaves!
So, why should you use Affresh Kitchen and Appliance Cleaner over other leading brands? Here is more information from the recent press release from Affresh...
Many consumers mistakenly believe that popular general or all-purpose cleaners that are ammonia or bleach based can be used inside the microwave oven and refrigerator – without thoroughly removing any remaining chemical residue that might be left behind after use.
Affresh™ Kitchen & appliance cleaner is formulated to not only work safely in the microwave oven, and can be used in the refrigerator as well as most non- porous surfaces in the kitchen, including solid surface countertops, without having to rinse after use.
I didn't know that you cannot use most cleaners in the microwave. Wow...good to know. I have been searching for something good to use in my microwave. There are so many explosions that happen in there and when food gets stuck on a surface not just anything will do to clean it up.
So, for this review I was sent a full-sized bottle of Affresh Kitchen & Appliance Cleaner. This particular cleaner has a subtle, yet fresh citrus scent.
I tried this out on my kitchen stove. Because I have a flat surface stove with built-in burners, I tend to use my stove top for more than just cooking. It is used for a counter, work surface and catch-all for unloading full arms after walking through the door. I especially tackle my stove top after hubby is done cooking. :)
After spraying onto my stove, I let it set for like 2 minutes. Then, I used a paper towel and it wiped off very nicely. It was relatively dirty before cleaning and the dirt had been there for a few hours too. Affresh Kitchen & Appliance Cleaner cuts through dirt and grime to make clean up easy.
As you can see by the photo above, this cleaner worked GREAT. My stove top was spotless and shiny clean. It was so effortless too...no scrubbing or elbow grease needed!
This particular product from Affresh is not yet available in stores but when it does become available, it will retail at $4.99 per 16 ounce bottle. Not a bad price at all!
So, in my opinion...I really love this Kitchen & Appliance Cleaner from Affresh. Cleaning my stove was effortless and not time consuming at all. I also tried this product in my stainless steel sinks and it shined them up very nicely. The smell is very pleasant and fresh as well. I use this cleaner just about every day now and would definitely recommend it to you!

Would you love to own a bottle of this Affresh Kitchen & Appliance Cleaner for yourself? You can...right here! I have been graciously been given the opportunity to give away one of these bottles to one of you! Here are your entry options...

The only tip I have is that I clean my appliances and counters every time I use them so they don't get a chance to get too bad.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite cleaning tip ever I have to credit to the blog Like Mother, Like Daughter. It's called the Blitz and you can read about it here ( http://ourmothersdaughters.blogspot.com/2010/06/blitz.html ). But to sum it up, for 15 minutes every day (at least) ALL CHILDREN in the house must clean like mad. No dawdling, no potty breaks, no fighting...just cleaning. One room focus. It's really helped in our house.

my favorite cleaning tip is to do 15 minutes of cleaning each and every day
ReplyDeletesusansmoaks at gmail dot com
I've learned to be a much more efficient cleaner by multitasking. For example, I'll clean out my tub by scrubbing it with a sponge and my foot while taking a shower - that way, I can just rinse off and be clean when I'm done! Or, I'll wash dishes while something is cooking or baking, so I have a meal and a clean kitchen when the food is done.
