I am still in quite a bit of shock that school is back in full swing again. Weren't we just finishing school so we could enjoy the summer??? I was so excited when school was done and now here we are again, back to the grind of sums, spelling and reading. Because we homeschool, my children don't wait outside for a bus or walk to a bus stop but I know most kids have to do that. Some days, I feel badly for the children who have to wait for the bus because the weather is yucky and cold...isn't it much better to have to wait in the sunshine? Well, the cool fall weather and rainy days are here upon us so it is time to get your little pupil geared up and outfitted for any weather that they may encounter while walking to the bus or waiting for the bus.
Kidorable is a huge favorite around here and I think the main reason is because of how fun their products are for my children. I love their products simply because my children love them. My son has been wearing their fun rain boots since he was 2 and let me tell you...each time a pair wears out, he has a serious meltdown. Along with rainboots, Kidorable has umbrellas, backpacks, rain coats and many other fun items. Here is a brief overlook of this wonderful company...
Well, it was a sad day in our home the day we had to throw out Jacob's dinosaur rain boots. He literally had worn huge holes in the rubber from wearing them so much. They leaked but he just didn't care...if we hadn't of thrown them out, he probably would still be wearing them today.
So, for this review and to my son's delight we were sent another pair of rain boots to review. This time, he chose the Fireman Rain Boots. In the days prior to receiving these boots he would cry because they hadn't arrived yet. Oh, it was such a happy day when these boots arrived!! As you can see, the design is very cute. What little boy wouldn't love these boots?!?
With wheels on the side, flames shooting up from the soles and flames coming out of the back of the boots, these are probably his favorite design of rain boots that Kidorable carries. Made of natural rubber, these boots are meant to last and I can personally attest to the fact that they DO last a LONG time.
So, when it is time to go to the store, or to grandma's house, Jacob doesn't wear sneakers. He wears these. He can put them on by himself (sometimes on the wrong feet, which doesn't bother him at all) and then he is ready to go! No matter where we go and no matter what we are doing, Kidorable's Fireman Rain Boots are his footwear of choice. Look at that smile...that is what makes these products so fun. Seeing my children happy makes me so incredibly happy.
These and many other designs are available from Kidorable and they carry both boys and girls styles. The rain boots retail for $35. Be sure to check out Kidorable online at Kidorable.com and also on their Facebook and Twitter pages. We LOVE Kidorable and so will you. :)
