Inbru Coffee Flavors Review & Giveaway

11:52 AM

I am a woman who truly loves my coffee. Full caffeine when I am not nursing and decaf when I am nursing my babies. I don't really care either way, just as long as it is coffee. I think I started drinking coffee when I was about 15. I was working at a U-Pick fruit farm and some mornings I would come in to work and it would be sooo cold, drinking a cup of coffee would warm me up and help jump-start my morning. Now, I don't drink coffee all day long, just a cup in the morning and if I have company over, will usually enjoy a cup then if my guests are having some. Right now, I am drinking decaf and have been missing my usual hazelnut flavored coffee. Adding some French Vanilla coffee creamer adds some nice flavor to my coffee but I truly love the coffee to be flavored itself.
When I first heard about Inbru, I was intrigued. How in the world could something flavor my coffee unless it was flavoring in the coffee itself or in the creamer? Inbru Coffee Flavors really has something good going on here, and I am thrilled to be able to share them with you today! Before I do though, here is a brief overview of this company...

Inbru is an innovative, new coffee flavoring product made from California Rice Hulls infused with aromatics and essential oils.

Inbru Coffee Flavors are made from Natural California Rice Hulls, the tough parchment surrounding and protecting each grain of rice as it grows and develops. When hulls are removed from rice during milling, the product is familiar pure brown rice. The hulls, however, are generally discarded. Rice hulls are an excellent natural flavor carrier. In fact, rice hulls are often used by home beer brewers as a filter medium because the material is absolutely taste-neutral, natural, and will not dissolve when exposed to high temperatures, moisture and pressure.

Adding Inbru to the ground coffee in your brew basket is all it takes to flavor a cup or a pot of delicious coffee at home or work. The hot water and gentle agitation of the brew process release the Inbru flavors as the coffee is extracted. Inbru doesn't dissolve in the coffee - it remains in the filter with the coffee grounds. Inbru is brewed flavor.

Being that I love flavored coffee, I was very excited to try out some new flavors that Inbru has recently introduced.

So, for this review I was sent four Inbru Coffee Flavors: Blueberry Muffin, Salted Toffee, Vanilla Hazelnut and Peppermint Bark. I am a HUGE Vanilla and Hazelnut lover so these flavors were a good choice to send my way. :) I will also note here that these flavors are totally allergen free! No gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fat, sugar, carbs OR calories. YAY!
This coffee flavoring from Inbru is made from rice hulls, making it all natural and totally compostable and biodegradable. As soon as you open the container, the aroma is amazing. This flavoring comes with a small scoop so you can add just the right amount of flavoring, depending on how much coffee you are preparing.
I have a Keurig and love making my coffee by the cup. Inbru really is perfect for Keurig users as one scoop of Inbru flavors my coffee perfectly. I have a harder time getting the right flavor when making a full pot of coffee, but when I make just one cup, I can flavor it just right. All you have to do is add one scoop per each 6 oz serving of coffee.
I found that my favorite flavors were the Vanilla Hazelnut and the Salted Toffee. SO YUMMY! I did notice that I needed a bit more than one scoop of the flavoring though because I like a large cup of coffee. That is the beauty of this flavoring, you can put in alot or a little...depending on how sweet or subtle you like your flavors. I love the option of adding more or less. Very convenient.
So, what do I think of Inbru? I love it. So much so that I would seriously consider giving it for gifts for birthdays, Christmas, or maybe even an Easter basket! Inbru lasts up to a year and the full flavor will stay fresh as long as you keep the container properly closed when not using. Each Inbru Coffee Flavoring retails for $6.95 and can be purchased directly from Inbru's website. You can also find Inbru on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Check them out today and discover a whole new world of flavoring your favorite coffee.
Inbru has offered to giveaway these four new flavors to one of you! Here are your entry options...
