Dr. Scholl's DreamWalk High Heel Insoles Review

Before I was a busy mother of four children, I was a busy career woman. I had am administrative assistant job in which I was required to dress up and look professional on a daily basis. I was also up and down from my desk throughout each day at my job and so being comfortable while looking nice was a must. I loved my job and was sad when the day came that I was no longer working. Having a job to go to each day was certainly a blessing, but being a stay at home mom was my heart's desire and so being home with my newborn baby girl was an even bigger blessing. :)
So, in talking about being on my feet every day I would like to talk a little bit about the shoes you wear for your job and the comfort level that they give you. I wore high heels and if any of you wear those as well then you know that comfort in those shoes can be hard to find. This was why I was so excited to see that Dr. Scholl's has shoe insoles that are perfect for women who wear high heels. Dr. Scholl's DreamWalk High Heel Insoles are designed for comfort and for daily use as well. Before I share my experience with these insoles though, here is a bit more about Dr. Scholl's.

William Mathias Scholl was born in 1882 in Indiana — the grandson of a cobbler and farmer. His expertise in foot care started as a boy when he borrowed his grandfather's tools to repair shoes to earn extra money. He went on to earn a medical degree in 1904, and started his own company, Dr. Scholl Inc.

Dr. William Scholl's expertise in shoes combined with his medical background allowed him to develop many of the innovative solutions available today. During his lifetime, he helped bring more than 1,000 foot care products to people all around the world.

Today, we the makers of Dr. Scholl's products continue to advance the science of foot care with the same enthusiasm that young William Scholl did all those years ago.

For me, the Dr. Scholl's name means that I will be getting a good product that will help me feel better so when I am need of anything foot-related, I typically use Dr. Scholl's brand. I have some of their Gel Inserts in my sneakers and I will tell you...it is like walking on air! It feels so great.
So, for this review I was sent a package of Dr. Scholl's DreamWalk High Heel Insoles to try out. These arrived several months back and somehow landed in a pile of "stuff" so I completely missed getting the review done promptly. You can imagine my delight when they resurfaced recently. :)
These insoles are specifically designed for the shape of a high heeled shoe and that is evidenced by the narrow look to the insole. There is a nice gel pad on the heel portion of the insole, which keeps your heel comfy and in place.
I have only one pair of high heels left in my closet that I wear semi-regularly and so I tried these insoles in those shoes. After walking around in my high heels for a little while, I did notice that my feet were a bit more comfortable. The cushioning and extra arch support is very nice and definitely noticeable. I have a sister who wears super high heels all the time and when I showed her these insoles, she was practically drooling. HA! I plan to pass these on to her so she can try them out and see how nice they work for her. Again, comfort is key and you don't have to wear frumpy shoes in order to look good!
So, the Dr. Scholl's DreamWalk High Heel Insoles can be found at mass drug and retail stores across the country and the price varies depending on where you buy. I saw prices anywhere from $7.99 to $15.00 so do some shopping around and see what your stores offer in way of price. I would definitely recommend these insoles to any woman out there who is striving to be more comfortable in high heels. I wish these insoles were available when I was a business woman! Check them out today.

Even the most beautiful shoes can turn into Shoe Meanies when they cause foot aches and pain. From your sassiest heels to your loveliest flats, tame your shoes and don't sacrifice your personal style for the sake of comfort!

One concern that many athletes and active people have during the summer is hydration and the risk of dehydration, especially if you live in a hot/tropical climate. We life in NY state so we have four full seasons, our summers can be hot and humid and if you are active, that can be challenging. Food allergies can limit the choices when it comes to hydration drinks. So, today I am going to introduce you to The Pickle Juice Company . This company specializes in gluten-free sports drinks that will stop muscle cramps in their tracks and keep you hydrated and refreshed no matter what activities you are participating in this summer! Carmex Healing Lotion & Healing Cream Review

Because I am a member of the Carmex Blog Squad , I am informed of and privileged to bring you reviews of Carmex's newest products! This is something that I have been doing for awhile and have really grown to love the Carmex brand. The newest products that have been introduced by Carmex are lovely and will definitely impress you as they have me. Because I am a mom, I wash my hands frequently. After diaper changes, before cleaning wounds, bathroom breaks, preparing food...all this requires clean hands. Because I usually apply lotion while I am moving and going from one thing to the next, I do not like a greasy lotion. I HATE applying a cream and having to "dry" my hands for the next half hour. What a perfectly good waste of time that is. So, I was wondering what Carmex would offer me in way of fast and quickly absorbing lotion. Before I continue, here is a bit more about Carmex for those of you who are new to their brand... Carmex® lip balm was invented in 1...
