My daughter and grandson are living with me for a while. They moved in about two months ago. I knew it would be a huge adjustment for me. I am a neat freak, bordering on obsessive-compulsive. Everything in my house has a place and I like everything in its place. My cabinets, closets, pantry and drawers are organized, color coded, and purged of unnecessary clutter regularly. I wipe everything down with Clorox wipes daily – I have a bit of germ phobia too. As it turns out, this fifty-five year old woman has truly enjoyed the sweet laughter and bouncy energy of that eighteen month old boy! My daughter’s and my work schedules are way different. She is in retail and has weird ever changing hours. Some days she has to be there at 7:30 a.m. and other days not until 11:30 a.m. I leave every morning in the dark, by 7:00 a.m. I feel safe leaving them alone, knowing that adt alarm monitoring has them covered. I feel my babies are safe in that house alone for a few hours.
