I sure do look forward to the Holidays each year. I think my favorite part is being with my family and having our yearly traditional dinners, parties and get togethers. It is so great to see people that you have not been able to see throughout the year and share with each other what has been happening in life. I think my second favorite thing about this season is all the delicious food that is prepared. My mom makes the best Christmas brunch ever...complete with Sweet Almond Twist, Egg Breakfast Casserole, fresh fruit and small breakfast sausages wrapped in dough. What I HATE about the Holidays is getting on the scale afterwards and finding out that I ate a bit too much of all that yummy food. Yes, it is tradition. Hopping on the scale after the New Year and making a new year's resolution to lose weight. (By the way...isn't that one of the most popular resolutions?? So, for this review I was sent an Ozeri Gen II Digital Bath Scale to try out and what a fancy scale this is!! I can think of so many people who would love to receive this as a gift. This particular scale not only calculates your body weight, but it also measures your body fat and hydration.
This scale is made of glass, and contains 4 high-precision G sensors that will weigh up to 440 pounds. It can also store information for up to 10 people so everyone in your family can have their own personal stats stored for reference and weight tracking.
I also love how you can easily switch between pounds and kilograms. All you do is turn the scale over and flip the small switch on the underside of the unit. This Ozeri Gen II Digital Bath Scale comes with 2 Lithium batteries so you don't have to worry about buying your own.
My children love weighing themselves so I let them test out this scale and see how much they weighed! My daughter was first and she weighs in at 38.8 pounds. Not too bad for a four year old, eh? My son (who is 2 years younger than his sister) weighed in at 35 pounds!! What a hunk! :)
I also tried this scale out and weighed...well...I will leave that info out of this post. I did, however, enter my height, weight, gender and age in so I could see what my hydration and fat levels were. When you are checking your hydration and fat you need to have bare feet so the sensors on the scale can work properly. Apparently, last night my hydration levels were at 46%. I guess that is good, right?
With all this technology, I would think this scale would be large and bulky. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Ozeri Gen II Digital Bath Scale is slim, and rather light. It is not bulky at all and really looks great!

So, in my opinion...Ozeri is an awesome company! I love all the modern home products that they carry and could easily find gifts for everyone on my Christmas list. This bathroom scale I received is amazing...it does so much and will really come in handy when I begin yet another attempt at weight loss this winter.
