Yes, I am doing a post all the way from Chicago! Wheeee! My family and I are having a blast visiting friends and relaxing. So, here are some places you can go to meet new friends and gain some followers! I promise, more reviews will be coming once I am home...but for now~this will have to do!

***HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!*** I figured that today, I would take a step back from my "normal" blogging here and just put up a quick post to commemorate this day of thanks. Sometimes, there is just so much to be thankful for that we really do forget to SAY thank you. So, here is my list... I am thankful first and foremost for my salvation...without Christ, my life is nothing. I am thankful for my husband...he is so very patient, loving and kind. He is a wonderful father to our children and a very gentle leader in our home. I am thankful for my 2 sisters and 3 brothers...they are all so very special to me!!! I am thankful for my parents, who lovingly raised me to be the person I am today. I am thankful for the love of my church...what an awesome support they are to our family! I am thankful for this country...it has gone down hill so badly, yet we still have so much that other countries do not! I am thankful that I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back and food ...

Ooof...I feel so behind today! We are preparing for a mini out of town vacation so I have been doing laundry, packing and preparing. Pardon the lack of blogging today! I am a Christian...and have been one since I was a child. I was raised in a Baptist, Christian, God-fearing home in which God was exalted and sin was abased. I also am an AVID Bible reader. I have read through my Bible multiple times and try to read through it cover to cover at least once a year.
