Graco Swivi Seat High Chair Review

I became a mother in 2008 for the very first time. During my pregnancy, I remember how excited I was to go set up my baby registry and pick out things for my new baby. Being a first time mom can be so overwhelming and stressful, it can be easy to get lost in all of the gadgets and gizmos that involve a new baby. My baby showers were amazing. I think I had three in total. Everything I received was perfect and I truly felt prepared for my little one when she arrived. Now I am a mom to four little ones and as the years have passed, all my once-new items are now well used. My high chair is worn out and I don't even have my original pack and play. Everything I have has come in handy for each baby and I love getting out my stuff when a new baby comes along. It brings back such wonderful memories. One company that I am a HUGE fan of when it comes to baby gear is Graco. I currently own a Graco swing, a Graco infant car seat and all my toddler car seats are Graco branded as well. If s...

Graco Pack 'n Play Playard Nearby Napper Review

Being a busy mom of four is not an easy task. My children keep me hopping from sun up to sun down and there are some days that I wish there were three of me. I just don't seem to have enough hands. When all three of my older children were babies, I always ALWAYS had a pack 'n play nearby. I never had a fancy one with all the bells and whistles, but just having the play yard was enough at the time. Pack and plays are the new version of play pens. Remember those? My mom had one and it was so handy, she used it all the time. When I registered for baby items for my first baby I made certain I had a Pack 'n Play on my registry. I knew for a fact that it would come in handy and boy was I right! I would wheel that pack and play all over my house. It was in the kitchen, my bedroom and my livingroom...anywhere I was, baby was nearby within view. My first baby was very attached to me (all of them were, actually) and had to see me all the time so a pack and play was a no-brainer. ...

Kidorable Review

Well, we are shortly going to be rounding the corner from spring into summer. But, because it is still April I am not counting on really gorgeous weather for a while yet. We still have some chilly, rainy and windy days that keep us indoors but once in awhile, we are blessed with warmer temperatures . My children LOVE to be outside and because I am so very pregnant right now, I just sit in a lawn chair and watch them play. My daughter, who is 3 1/2 is especially excited to play outside because she is getting to an age where she is very independent and loves to do things on her own. Because the weather is so unpredictable, I never really know what we are doing from day to day. If it is nice outside, then we are out. If it is crummy, then we are in. One day, I let her walk to the mailbox with me in the rain and she loved it! She had an umbrella and felt so special to be in the rain. Remember those days as a kid? I do...and oh, what a treat it was to be outside splashing in puddles on...

Purex Crystals ScentSplash Review

Did I tell you all that I have a new (to me) washing machine?!? When we moved into this house two years ago, the bachelor who lived here left behind his washing machine. It was an old machine but it worked wonderfully. He also left behind a new Samsung dryer too. Yay! Anyway, the washing machine was a super capacity, heavy duty, and was excellent for doing large loads of laundry . Recently, I would go down to put clothes into the dryer and would find a washing machine full of clothes sitting in water. The spin cycles were not working automatically, I would have to go and turn the knob back around to the spin cycle. It was happening more and more and eventually, it was almost impossible to get it to work at all. I called a parts store to see if they had the timer I would need to fix the problem and unfortunately, the part was no longer made. Sooo, I ended up finding a new (used) washing machine that was an amazing replacement and I am now back in business! Being that I do laundry so m...

Dial Baby Body + Hair Wash & Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash Review

Now that spring is in full swing around here, I am seeing my kids come in from outdoor play absolutely FILTHY. This time of year is enjoyable because we have been cooped up inside all winter and spring fever has set in. However, I don't enjoy the mud and mess that inevitably comes along with the warmer weather. This means that we are doing alot of hand washing and bathing around here. Hand washing is the thing that we are doing the most though because little hands get very grubby very quickly. :) Mud and dirt just seems to find my children...how about yours? ;) Being that I am a Dial Soap fan, I was thrilled to find out that they have some new Dial for Kids products available for mommies like me who are constantly in "clean" mode. There are two new products that have been added to the Dial family and I wanted to share with you a bit about them today. Dial Baby Body + Hair Wash and Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash are the newest additions to the Dial family and I have b...
