Softlips Review

It is that time of year again...break out the chapstick! The winter will be here before we all know it (around here, anyway) and that means that the cold wind and dry air will be sapping all the moisture from my face. Right now, the weather is in the upper 40's (major bummer) and we are going to have a green Christmas, from what I can tell. Today I was out and about running some last minute Christmas errands and was so thankful for my Softlips chapstick I had in my car. While it is still mild out, my lips still need to be moisturized and I just LOVE the Softlips brand.

If you are unfamiliar with Softlips, it is a product of Mentholatum which manufactures other brands such as Oxy, Fletchers, pHisoderm and several others as well. Softlips is also manufactured not far from my home...which is pretty neat too!

Personally, I would love to receive a personalized gift like one of these for Christmas. Beauty products are those types of things that NEVER get old or out of style. Plus, you will use them so they won't sit on a shelf collecting dust.

So, for this review I was sent all four of these flavors to try. My sister was so excited when she found out that I had these, she begged me to give her one. Softlips is her favorite chapstick brand and she carries it with her EVERYWHERE.

I love the little purple sachet that these came in...it is so delicate and feminine looking. My favorite flavor(s) were the Winter Mint and the Sugar Plum Berry. Yum.

Softlips are slender and fit in any purse, pocket, briefcase or diaper bag. I keep these around my house in various locations and even have several in the car. You never know when you will need one!

Another reason I love Softlips is because it stays on your lips even though you may lick your lips frequently. The sticks also last a long time...I still have one in the car that I put there a year ago. Granted, I don't use it daily as I don't drive daily...but it is always there when I need it and has lasted me a long time.

So, in my opinion...I have been and always will be a HUGE fan of Softlips. I love the flavors, the way they feel on my lips and the value for my dollar. My family and friends love this brand as well and as I said before, my sister has just fallen in love with them. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone searching for that last-minute inexpensive stocking stuffer or gift. Any lady on your list will feel pampered throughout this winter season!
