I am so excited for Valentine's Day this year! I told my daughter that we are going to make heart-shaped cut out cookies this year and decorate them with pink frosting and red sprinkles. Ooooo!! Well, Valentine's Day is traditionally known as the day of chocolate, hearts, flowers, kisses and loads of romance. I have to admit that it really didn't mean much to me until I was married; although my father made sure that each of his daughters received a pretty carnation and some chocolate on every Valentine's Day .
