My children and I have always loved juice. Never have I had issues trying to get my children to drink fruit juice. Because my daughter has digestive issues I find that certain juices help her to be more regular and so that is probably why my children tend to drink more juice than milk. Milk can be binding...fruit juice is not. When I go grocery shopping, I love to look for the all-natural juices for them. If they are going to be drinking juice, then it better be either organic or natural. Yes, I know that most juice is full of sugar but I try to make sure that the children are only drinking juice once or twice a day. In between, they drink water. Honestly, water is probably better for them in the whole scheme of things but juice is a very nice alternative.
