I have always loved having long hair. I went through a phase (I think all people with long hair do) where I was chopping my hair short into bob styles and really did like it shorter. Because my hair is thick, having it shorter makes it much easier to manage and styling is a breeze too. Since I have been married, my husband loves long hair so I have not chopped it in over 6 years. I have had it trimmed but not cut short...he would absolutely die if I did that. Sometimes I color my hair too because I have so many white hairs that show up unexpectedly...my grandmother was completely white at 28 years old so I guess the white hair is hereditary. Bummer.
