I can't believe that it is almost time to start the dreaded spring cleaning again! I have always disliked spring cleaning and remember having to do it when I was a child. Mom would assign different rooms of the house to each of my siblings and I and we had about a week to complete our assigned room. Rooms like the kitchen and living room were generally done by all of us because they were bigger and I think I enjoyed cleaning the living room the best. Mom was (and still is) the queen of clean and let me tell you...our house HAD to be clean!! Now that I have had my own house for over 6 years I have learned why she loves clean. Life is just so much better and less stressful when you live in a clean home.
So, as I embark on my spring cleaning this year I am thrilled to have discovered Tropical Traditions All Purpose Cleaner! This video is fantastic if you are wondering What is Virgin Coconut Oil? Before I started reviewing products, I had never heard of Tropical Traditions but had heard of how wonderful Coconut Oil was. I am SO GLAD that my family and I have been using Coconut Oil since we first met them and now that I use it, my mom and dad use it too!
So, for this review I was sent a bottle of the Tropical Traditions All Purpose Cleaner. Timing was perfect for receiving this cleaner because there were some areas of my kitchen that needed some TLC. We have lived in this house for 3 months now and since we have moved, I have yet to do a really deep cleaning. Here is some information about this cleaner...

The first area of my kitchen that I tackled was the front of my oven. Oh goodness, between the finger prints and smudgy hands, my oven was filthy! So, I sprayed it down with the All Purpose Cleaner and let it set for a few minutes. Then, I wiped it down with a paper towel. Wow! I could not believe the difference! As you can see in the photo above, my before and after pictures are amazing!
Because the front of the oven turned out so great, I did the inside of the oven door window as well. I could not believe how the greasy the inside of the oven was. I mean, I KNOW the oven gets dirty but it seems to be neglected because how often do you remember to clean the inside of the oven? I don't EVER remember, unfortunately.
THIS was my rag after cleaning the inside of the oven door and this is just one of the surfaces of the cloth...eew! I am so glad to see that this cleaner works well for my oven. Another thing I forgot to mention was that there is not a strong odor to the Tropical Traditions All Purpose Cleaner so you are not overwhelmed with fumes when working with it.
Another area I cleaned was my kitchen sink. This is a well-used area of my home and you would think that if it is constantly coated with soapy water that it would be clean. NO! You would be surprised how scum can build up. I simply sprayed the cleaner into the sink and wiped it up. It worked very well and yes, my paper towel was dirty after cleaning the sinks. Tonight after dinner I completely wiped down all of my counter tops, stove top and microwave. Wow...my kitchen looks GOOD!
