Sainthood Herbs Review

So, we are finally into the season of fall! Today, my children went outside to rake their very first leaf pile and it was SO much fun. The air had a crisp chill to it and the leaves were yellow, orange and brown. I loved watching my little people rake up the leaves...this is probably my favorite time of the year! Fall is also a fun time of year because it means that the holidays are right around the corner; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year...oh, it is so exciting to be getting into that time of year once again! One thing that comes with the holidays that no one seems to appreciate is all the stress and busyness. I know for a fact that trying to "get it all done" wears me out and it really seems to take a toll on me because we are homeschooling and fitting everything in gets challenging. Stress is not fun...no matter what time of year we are in and so I take all the stress relief I can find!

I was very interested in the Stress & Sleep because around here, sleep can ellude me most nights. I am VERY tired at the end of the day but I have a difficult time turning my brain off. It is so easy for my hubby but I truly struggle with relaxing and settling in for the night - sometimes it takes me over 2 hours to actually fall asleep. :(

So, for this review I was sent a full sized bottle of Sainthood Herbs Stress & Sleep, which retails for $28.95/90 capsule bottle. This product contains all natural ingredients that are combined to induce relaxation and help with the occasional sleep difficulties. Here is a snapshot of the supplement facts...

I LOVE Lemon Balm...it is such a soothing herb and I have really found that it does relax me quite a bit, which is nice...especially on those nights that I have such difficulty calming down.

The pills themselves are pretty standard in size...I don't find them hard to swallow as they are the same size as my other vitamins that I take on a regular basis. So, to take these all you need to is take three pills per day with a meal. That is it! Nothing really complicated here and sleep and relaxation could not be any easier.

So, I am loving Stress & Sleep! The capsules are super easy to swallow and I am definitely sleeping good these days! The ingredients are wonderful and are all great for helping me to relax and seem to do a pretty decent job of helping me get to sleep quicker. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to get those needed "zzzzzzzzzzz's" this holiday season...trust me, we all can use all the help we can get! :)
