Eden Home Review

Happy Friday everyone! Are you ready for the weekend? I THINK I am. Ha. I have two sick babies here and have been busy taking care of them...NOT fun. Have you noticed that when you are sick, a bath or shower feels really good? You sometimes almost feel all better when you are done. Well, I gave my son a bath last night and I could tell he felt a little better afterwards!

I am going somewhere with this bath-time chatter, I promise! :)

Eden Home is the company that I am going to be reviewing today and the product that I received for review is centered around baby's bath time! But before I tell you about that, I am going to tell you about Eden Home.
Eden Home is a company that offers a complete selection of organic, all natural and eco-friendly products that don't leave you thinking you have compromised your sense of style. When you shop on their site, you are looking at gorgeous, stylish and classy products.

"Most people do not realize how cotton is grown, processed and finished. As many as 2000 different chemicals are used in the textile industry! Those chemicals are often left on the fabric and then transferred to you or your baby when absorbed through the skin.

Unfortunately, many of the so-called "organic" and "natural" products sold today are either not truly pure or not beautiful.

So we started Eden Home to offer healthy choices ranging from organic clothes for baby to natural bath towels, from organic cookware to all natural shampoos.

The Garden of Eden was created to be lovely and beautiful, perfect and pure. At Eden Home our mission is to offer the purity of organic without losing the beauty, whether you're looking for organic bedding, clothes for baby, natural bath towels or organic cookware and more."

If you have been a follower and reader of this blog for any amount of time, you know that I am a fan of all natural products. Eden Home really makes it simple to LIVE all natural. With their wide selection of different products, you can find just about anything that you need. I am especially excited because of all the wonderful gift items Eden Home offers. With Christmas coming so quickly, sometimes we don't have the time to go shopping at the store. Especially those of us who procrastinate...*ahem*. Soooo, online shopping becomes a favorite (it is for me anyway!).
Eden Home sent me the Little Twig Organic Baby Skincare Basics Gift Set to review. Before I even opened the box, I could smell it and it smelled LUCIOUS!!! I love herbal scented things because they tend to relax me. Well, if that smell relaxes me...just think what it does to my baby!

This set contains four items:
~Organic Baby Powder (Extra mild, unscented)
~Organic Baby Wash (Lavender, Lemon and Tea Tree scented)
~Organic Baby Body Milk (Also Lavender, Lemon and Tea Tree scented)
~Super-soft Organic Baby Washcloth
All of these products are 100% chemical and perfume free and they also are pediatrician tested for irritation, sensitivity and allergens...which is GREAT. My two year old daughter is very sensitive to many things and suffers from Eczema...I am positive that this would be gentle enough for even her to enjoy. The little washcloth that is included in this gift pack is sooo cute too! It is cream colored and has a little green inchworm on the corner. Ahhh! So stinkin' cute! :)
My daughter is also crazy about lotion (or "ocean" as she calls it) so I let her try out the Body Milk. She LOVED it and smelled so good when she rubbed it on her hands. With her having a cold, her little nose is red and raw so we put some there too. It was very light and creamy and she was acting like the queen bee with it on! I think it makes her feel grown up.

I know of several expectant, first-time mommies that would LOVE to receive this gift pack as a shower gift. How about you? Know anyone like that? If you do, then this gift pack will be a terrific gift for them and they will thank you now...and later...guaranteed!
So, in my opinion, Eden Home is a wonderful resource for any kind of organic gift or product that you may need. They have a lovely site and there are also many options when it comes to connecting with them. You can follow them on Twitter, Facebook and they also have a blog!

Grab a cup of tea, cozy up with your laptop, head on over to Eden Home and stay awhile! You will be SO GLAD that you did! :)

The Pickle Juice Company Review

How many of you are super athletic and active during the summer months? I used to be...prior to having children and now, it seems I chase them all around so that counts as something, right? One concern that many athletes and active people have during the summer is hydration and the risk of dehydration, especially if you live in a hot/tropical climate. We life in NY state so we have four full seasons, our summers can be hot and humid and if you are active, that can be challenging. The other issue that many run into is having a sports drink that can replenish and refresh their system that is gluten free and healthy for them too. Food allergies can limit the choices when it comes to hydration drinks. So, today I am going to introduce you to The Pickle Juice Company . This company specializes in gluten-free sports drinks that will stop muscle cramps in their tracks and keep you hydrated and refreshed no matter what activities you are participating in this summer! Before I continue wi...

Carmex Healing Lotion & Healing Cream Review

Because I am a member of the Carmex Blog Squad , I am informed of and privileged to bring you reviews of Carmex's newest products! This is something that I have been doing for awhile and have really grown to love the Carmex brand. The newest products that have been introduced by Carmex are lovely and will definitely impress you as they have me. Because I am a mom, I wash my hands frequently. After diaper changes, before cleaning wounds, bathroom breaks, preparing food...all this requires clean hands. Because I usually apply lotion while I am moving and going from one thing to the next, I do not like a greasy lotion. I HATE applying a cream and having to "dry" my hands for the next half hour. What a perfectly good waste of time that is. So, I was wondering what Carmex would offer me in way of fast and quickly absorbing lotion. Before I continue, here is a bit more about Carmex for those of you who are new to their brand... Carmex® lip balm was invented in 1...

Cafe Press Review

Are any of you married to a computer guy ? Do you lovingly call him a "geek" sometimes? (my hand is raised here...LOL!) My husband is the most wonderful man in the world. He is funny, sincere, loving and VERY handy with the computer. I have issues sometimes with coding and am often heard calling "Honey? Can you come look at my blog? I don't know how to fix this!!!!" And, my charming prince comes to rescue me. My darling is going to be 31 in a week and I am SO excited to be able to celebrate another birthday with him. He also shares a birthday with our daughter which makes the day twice as fun. :) She has been talking about her birthday for WEEKS and cannot wait! This next review item is for him so if you know him (and I am hoping he doesn't read my blog for the next week :/) don't tell him about this!!!!!!!! If you are looking for perfect, unique and personalized gifts for someone special in your life I will tell you that after this post, you...
