I received my box of Smiley Cookies today in the mail and was totally thrilled!
My husband LOVES cookies (as do I...ahem...) and our two year old thinks that cookies are the be all and end all to life. My Smiley Cookies came on a perfect day. We all have been sick here so getting some cookies in the mail really made our day.

What really impressed me about these cookies is their size. I was expecting to receive a small cookie, right? NOT! These cookies are the size of a small pancake!!! 
My two year old can only eat half at a time. These cookies taste very good...not too sweet, just right! I could probably eat all of them myself! Ha! 
The box that they came in was sooo cute too! It will be a wonderful box to wrap a gift in for Christmas.

Smiley Cookie offers a variety of cookies, as well as different types of cookie gifts. They have "design your own" custom cookies, as well as cookie gift baskets. 
I really think that designing your own cookie is a fabulous idea...you can choose the shape of the cookie (flowers, hearts, stars and original round, etc.), the color of the frosting and the quantity. This is a really nice option if you are having a party or shower and need a particular color to match your theme. The cookies are baked and iced the same day that they are shipped so you can count on fresh cookies when they arrive at their destination...isn't that cool??? Smiley Cookie also has chocolate, gift cards, coffee mugs and coffee! What a nice variety, don't you think?

Another thing that I love about these cookies is that they freeze well. Sometimes, it is so nice to just be able to have a cookie whenever you want it...what a nice way to preserve them. Oh, and that's another thing...there are NO PRESERVATIVES in Smiley Cookies...nice.
A little bit of history behind Smiley Cookie..
It started as a half-baked idea more than 20 years ago — a smiley cookie as the vehicle to communicate the ethos of a restaurant — Eat’n Park, the Place for Smiles. Soon our cookie became not just the signifier of a delightful family dining experience, but a symbol of commitment to community and charitable giving, indeed, the mascot of the company. (Who knew a six-foot walking sugar cookie would have such draw. You have to be cracking a smile by now!)
Today, every child that dines at Eat’n Park receives the surprise of a buttery, rich, delicious smiley cookie, totaling more than 1 million free cookie treats each year. Every day, our cookies are distributed to community, charity and fundraising events. Every year, more than 200,000 smiling cookies are donated to local non-profit organizations. That’s a lot to smile about.
