Enjoying My Holiday...

I Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas! As the new year approaches at break-neck speed, I am going to be hanging out with my family while hubby is off work for a few more days. Blogging will be back in full swing after that. My two littlest ones are sick too so I have been a bit preoccupied being a nurse-mommy. :) I hope you all have a safe, healthy, happy and BLESSED New Year! There is so much in store for us...I can't wait to see all the wonderful blessings that come with 2013!!! :)

Simple, Quick Pain Relief with BENGAY® Zero Degrees

You have probably already read about how we have recently purchased a new home. Hopefully, we will be moving mid-January (things may be a bit slow around here but no worries...I have a few surprises up my sleeves to keep things interesting!) and I am NOT looking forward to moving my family in the middle of winter. I live in a very wintry part of New York and it gets very cold, icy and snowy in January. If I had my choice, we would have moved several months ago. But anyway, I am trying to mentally prepare for the winter and our move and recently, I became aware of a new product from BENGAY that will help with the sore body I am bound to get after our move. I like to think I am in shape because I carry around my 18 pound son most of the day but when you start working muscles that typically don't get used, they get sore. Bengay has introduced  BENGAY® Zero Degrees ...which is a pain-relief gel stick that can be stored in the freezer! Talk about ultimate pain relief...BENGAY ...

Holiday Cleaning Made Easy With Greased Lighting Multi-Purpose Cleaner!

With the Holidays knocking at our door, that means one thing. Parties, parties and more parties. We have several Christmas functions to go to this year and I always enjoy getting together with family and friends. Rarely do I have parties here at my house because we have such a small place; but when we move, I plan on doing some family entertaining as our house will be much roomier and crowd-friendly. One thing I always do before company comes over is clean...having three children means I am probably cleaning just about every day though. I deal with some tough messes but thankfully, I have a good tool to use against my every day dirt and the messes that come right along with the Holidays! Greased Lightning Multi-Purpose Cleaner is a product that can clean just about any surface...especially the ones that get greasy. If your appliances and kitchen counters look like mine after preparing a meal then yes, you deal with greasy messes too. This is why I love this product from Grease ...

Speeding Tickets...How Fun.

I would like to say that I have never been pulled over or issued a speeding ticket. I had a very clean driving record up until several years ago when I was pulled over for speeding. Really, looking back, it was a legitimate ticket that I deserved. My reason for speeding was silly, and now that I have been through the process of getting and paying for a speeding ticket I drive much more carefully. By the way, if you ever find yourself in a pinch and are facing a speeding ticket penalty, check out TicketKick ...they might be able to help you lower your fine or avoid the penalty all together! One morning, I was on my way to work. As it so happened, I was running a bit behind and just HAD to stop at the coffee shop and get my cup of morning coffee. (I just could not survive the day without it, ya know!) At the time, I lived in the country and the route I took to work was through farm country until I hit the town in which I worked. Whenever I drove down a certain road, it was always so e...

Are you a person who always comes up with the best ideas when you are in the shower or have your hands submerged in dish water? I am...in fact, I have some pretty good conversations with myself when I am in the shower. I also come up with some really great ideas too...the problem is, by the time I get out of the shower I have forgotten and that drives me crazy!! I also find myself thinking about alot of things when I am doing the dishes. Well, if you are one of those people who always has to have something to write your ideas on, I have a product today that can go ANYWHERE with you...including the shower! Why Should Businesses Care About Social Media?

I have been thinking about this topic for awhile now and have the opportunity to write about it today. Why, you may ask, should a business care about social media? I have asked this question and never really understood it until I became a review blogger. Do you have any idea how many bloggers are out there? Or, how many Facebook members are typing their statuses throughout the day? I would bet that there isn't a second that goes by that someone isn't updating their Facebook status. Today, I wanted to give you a few reasons why I think that Social Media should be important to businesses today...both online businesses and physical businesses. 1. Businesses have reputations. If you are a business, of any kind, then you probably have customers. These customers often tell others of their experience with you and ultimately, that should lead to you getting more customers. I have seen some businesses (who have Facebook pages) recently become the center attention simply because they tre...

Purex Baby Detergent Review & Giveaway

I have three children, two of which have had sensitive baby skin . I haven't noticed that laundry detergent bothers them but I have never used a baby detergent to see if it ever made a difference. Alot of their skin sensitivities are from Eczema and it sure is bothersome to them! My 4 year old has just about grown out of her eczema but my 8 month old has it all over his head and scalp. I guess if it was a laundry detergent allergy it would be all over their bodies, especially where their clothes touch their skin. So that is why I have never switched detergents. Did you know that Purex carries a baby laundry detergent ? I didn't, until recently. :) I am a Purex Insider and that means I have the opportunity to review products from Purex and today, I am going to chat with you a little about their Baby Detergent! I am really familiar with popular baby detergent brands but I really can't handle how expensive they are. This is why I am thrilled that Purex carries a baby de...

Sage Spoonfuls Review & Giveaway

Several years ago when my son was learning to eat solids, I was shocked at the price for baby food. I don't know why those little jars are so expensive...and I am not even talking about the organic brands! When I did the math, I was amazed at how much money is actually spent on baby food. This was about the time I started to do some research into making homemade baby food. After reading the ingredient list on most baby foods, I found that most of the ingredients used were ones that I could easily purchase myself and cook how I would like. The scariest thing about buying pre-made baby food is you have no idea what the factory was like in which they were prepared (cleanliness, employee health, handling of the food, etc.) and what the actual ingredients are. Now, I do believe that factories have to meet certain health, food and safety requirements and am not paranoid about baby food safety , but I just like to know what I am feeding my baby. If I have made it, then there is...

I am going to speak a bit personally today but no worries...it will still be family-friendly!! Does anyone besides me sweat? Just a little? I know it is December, but I still deal with perspiration issues...especially when I wear nylons. Now that we are out of flip flop weather, I am wearing dress shoes and stockings to church and have always had problems with sweaty feet. Wearing stockings seems to compound an already annoying problem so I have been looking for solutions.
