Hello hello everyone! I trust you are all getting your last minute Valentine's Day purchases done...I have yet to do mine. *ahem* I am kind of a procrastinator when it comes to buying gifts. If you are still looking for that perfect gift for someone, I have a very wonderful company that you should check out. When I was browsing around the website at The Stratford Apothecary, I was stunned with the collection of products. There is so much to choose from...it is really hard to center in on just one item to pick! The shopping experience at The Stratford Apothecary is so unique and relaxing...you pick your "destination" and they will provide you with the natural and luxurious products from that region. For instance...if you choose "A Trip to the Tropics", you will find yourself looking at products that are scented tropically. Boxed Coconut and Banana Soap, Papya and Strawberry Sugar Scrub and Passion Fruit and Nectarine Handwash are some of the products that are found within the "Tropics" destination. Other destinations include:


There were a few others but these really stood out to me. Each product from The Stratford Apothecary is so elegant...like I said before, it is HARD to choose!

For this review, I was sent (From "On A Trip To The Tropics" destination) the Grapefruit and Orange Moisturizing Hand Lotion. This product falls under the Asquith & Somerset manufacturer. First of all, this is a good sized bottle of lotion. For only $8.97, you really get alot for your money. I was pleasantly surprised by the size. Next, was the "texture". Oh my...it is so silky and smooth. It is not at all greasy and the scent...just breathtaking. I kept going back for more after my initial application. The scent is not over powering at all, which was nice. Jojoba and Wheat Germ Oil are the key ingredients that help this lotion soften and moisturize. My skin feels SO GOOD after applying this lotion. So, I was mesmerized. It truly was a tropical experience! My two year old also really loved this lotion as she kept coming back for more too! Her skin is so bad this time of year, anything that I can do to help it stay moisturized is wonderful.
One thing that The Stratford Apothecary carries that is really great are gift sets. You can get just about anything from each collection as a set, which makes for GREAT Valentine's Day gifts. Go ahead...pamper your favorite Valentine this year! :)
